Sex… Why Are People So Shhhhh About It ?

Ever since I was in the 7th grade and in catholic school, the issue of sex was so hush, hush that I personally had no idea what it was until I went into public high school.  And the only reason I figured it out was because of my friends who were seriously sexually active. It’s not like I could go to my Mom and ask her what it was, it just wasn’t something she talked about with me.

So as I became older and sexually active, I always wondered what the hell the big deal was about the “sex” thing and why people were so hush, hush about it.

Reality people…. We are all here because of sex.. Whether it be nasty or boring sex, we are still here from our parents having sex !

Still as I sit here and write this, I am still surprised and totally blown away by the sheer ignorance a lot of people have when it comes to sex! There are still those who will not talk about it at all, those who judge others for what kind of sex they have, and then those who completely are mortified by the sheer fact that sex is pleasurable.

What I want to know is why?

I have heard the excuse “well my religion”, bullshit ! That is a bunch of horse shit… Religion is an excuse for many, but it is not the reason.. There has to be a reason as to why some people think that sex is bad, evil, disgusting, etc.

Tell me why….. I want to know.. Maybe one of these days I will actually get an answer that is believable.
